| The morning staff seemed a little out of it, and got very grouchy with people if they were showing up for breakfast before 7AM. The hotel was showing its age and wear and tear. For what I needed for work nearby the next morning it was fine, but not the most up to date and secure feeling place. |

| hotel people were very friendly but the upkeep left alot to be desired the pool didnt work the hottub was broke and there were holes in our walls |

| this was a nice hotel with a very friendly staff, the location is a little wierd but overall it was a quiet and pleasant place to stay for the night. good hotel for the money |

| The Hotel was clean and reasonably priced but the location was questionable. It was not close to quality dining or shopping and in a neighborhood that not the safest. It was further away from downtown Chicago then it was represented (in time not milage). |

| I was unhappy with the rudeness of the woman at the front desk. Our room was NOT ready at 4:00 p.m., and they made it clear that you could check-in after 3:00 p.m. Our toilet did not flush well, my husband lost $5 in the vending machines and they did nothing to reimburse us. They told told my husband, "there was nothing they could do". The pool was very small and the smell of chlorine was overwhelming. The Continental Breakfast was pretty good, but the lady did not even greet us on our 2nd morning...she rudely told us how things were to be done. So overall, the hotel was O.K. and the staff were not kind.
At least we did not have to spend all that much on the rooms. |
