| The staff was friendly and plesant. We got there early and they let us check in quickly with no penalities. Checking out was just as quick as checking in. We didnt have any problem with the room, parking or the staff. |

| We stayed in a standard room with a king bed. The rate was reasonable, and the room was more spacious than we'd imagined it would be. It was nothing extravagant, and the hotel was rather plain looking but not shabby in any way. The pool is a rectangular lap pool, and the free breakfast didn't have much variety. However, overall I would recommend this hotel. |

| Since we had a car, we were able to take advantage of this cheaper place to sleep than the hotel where our conference was held. Shower was really nice. Hotel was clean, comfortable, and typical of other Best Western's we have stayed in. We appreciated the included breakfast, nothing extensive but adequate. Mexican restaurant next door was good. Buono's, locally owned Italian roast beef, was very tasty and reasonable. Would stay again. |

| The room was big and spacious, but the T.V. was small and fuzzy, and the bed was very uncomfortable. We awoke at 10 PM with the fire alarm going off, and standing outside for 1/2 hour. When we were able to get back in, we herd nothing of why it went off. It would have been a good hotel, if my back did not hrt so bad each AM due to the old uncomfortable bed. The staff was very friendly! |

| Nice staff and decent hotel, but do not take the shuttle. Cabies don't know about deal with hotel and my husband ended up in a big arguement with the cabie and the cabie was yelling at the hotel staff and us. Not a nice time at all with that do just don't take the shuttle and you should be fine. |

| The hotel staff was very nice and helpful. But if you need to go to the airport to pick someone up DO NOT rely on the hotel. The shuttel service to and from the airport is ONLY available when you check in and check out. |

| The hotel was clean and reasonably maintained. The breakfast was limited, but I did partake for my 3 days. There is a pool, although I didn't use it. It's on a fairly busy road, but I had no trouble exiting in either direction. There's a refrigerator in the room, and a supermarket nearby. Overall, it worked for me and I saved a lot over the convention hotel I would have been in. |

| The good thing about the hotel was that it was within walking distance of a rail station. The rooms were in good shape. The two things that needs improvement is to throw all the towels away because they are so thin and rough. Get better quality towels. For breakfast the hotel needs to invest in a waffle maker. Otherwise I enjoyed my stay. |
