Recent Best Western Naperville Review: "My husband and I were extremely impressed with our stay. The contental breakfast was very well stocked and had something for everyone. It saved us at least $100 for the week we were there.
The rooms are very clean and spaceous. Even though there wasn't wi-fi high speed access was available in our room along with a fridge and microwave. We traveled with our two small children so the extras really came in handy. (ie laundry room) The location was convienant for us and I was amazed at how well insulated them rooms were. We couldn't hear anything going on outside despite being located right beside the stairs to the second floor.
We will be staying here again when we travel to see family again soon!!"

| This hotel was nothing special, but it was fine if you are trying to save some money. Our bathroom smelled slightly musty or moldy, but it appeared clean so we didn't say anything. While we were there, it rained 7 inches one night and the roof started to leak. Our room was on the 3rd floor and one corner of our room got a little wet. However, this was obviously an exceptional amount of rain, so I wouldn't hold it against the hotel. Finally, the breakfast was pretty marginal - I only felt comfortable eating the pre-packaged yogurt. The milk for the cereal felt a little warm to me, so I stayed away from that. Overall though, the hotel was cheap and safe, so it met our goal of saving some cash on this trip. |

| For the money the room was very nice. It was very Hot in Naperville and the air in the room was very good. We had to get up in the middle of the night and turn it down a level as it was so cold. This place is not the Ritz but a good value for the money and I think it would be hard to find a better place in the area for the money. I will return!! |

| I've never experienced customer service as bad as the experience we had at the Best Western Naperville Inn.
We made a last minute booking to Naperville to attend a funeral for my wife's uncle. Originally, our son was going to stay with my parents in a nearby suburb, but their plans changed late in the day on Sunday, so he had to stay with us for the first night of our 2-night reservation. When checking in late on the 27th, the front desk agent told us there would be an additional $20/night charge for a double - a 30% upcharge. Online, however, the price for a double was the same as our king reservation.
The icing on the cake was when she tried to charge us a $10/night pet fee. When I said our pets were back in Atlanta, she said, "I really don't believe you, but housekeeping might charge you $100 if they catch you." Apparently something in the reservation was flagged for pets. But to call me a liar to my face? Is that the experience you want to leave your guests with?
Wow, Best Western, you really showed me a great stay. |
