Recent Blackstone Renaissance Chicago Review: "I know I know...I hate long reviews too...but you gotta read this, trust me you will have a lot of good info afterwards. I cannot begin to explain my level of satisfaction with the Blackstone. We stayed there a couple weekends ago and muah magnifico!!!! First let me say how awesome the staff is and how extremely courteous and helpful they are; not to mention the valet was awesome. Second the hotel was absolutely beautiful; I honestly think that is it the most beautiful hotel you could stay in. The guys next door had nothing on the Blackstone!!!! It was elegant and comfortable all at the same time (I would upload photos if this application would let me!). Our room was glorius and the bed...O Mi oh My the bed was so comfortable. Let me just say this about the bed, my fiance' normally snores his tail off; you could barely him breath it was so comfortable to sleep on (we actually had to get used to our bed back home, our expensive sleep number bed). I even called them to figure out what kind of bed they have. Third the location is awesome...it is literally right around the corner from Buddy's Guys Blues Bar (I am a blues fanatic); literally right around the corner. It is right down the block from the train, and about ten blocks from the Miracle Mile. O and it is kiddy corner to the Shedd Aquarium. Great location!!! Fourth the value is unbeatable for what you receive. I saw some complaints on here about the valet parking price (only parking they have...let me be the person to tell you it is totally worth it. We drove in from Michigan...and had several other places we needed to be able to drive to while in Chicago. The Valet is so kind, so helpful and the valet price per day covers you for 24 hours minimum, not to mention you get unlimited ins and outs (that means you could leave and come back 20 times and not pay a dime extra). Trust me it is totally worth it to not have to worry about parking or getting your car in Chicago!!! My only complaint....I could not take the b"
