Recent Central Loop Hotel Review: "This is a great hotel. The decor is beautiful! It's very modern, sleek and clean! The only negative is the bed. It's kind of hard, but it wasn't so hard that I coudn't sleep and I didn't wake up with body aches. I have just slept on softer mattresses and prefer them. Fred at the front desk is AWESOME! I did experience one front desk worker with an  attitude and I'm so mad at myself for not getting her name. Everyone else was extremely helpful. There's always one though so I wouldn't count her attitude towards the overall customer service of the hotel. The free bottled water on each floor of the hotel is nice! When you arrive in your room, you have a voicemail message on the phone from the manager. Don't get me wrong...the room is probably smaller than most hotels, but it was perfect for me (one person). The business center is very nice! There are only three computers so bring your laptop if you need computer access for a lenthy time. This location is PERFECT for those traveling by Amtrak. Just walk six blocks straight down Adams Street. I would definitely stay here again!!!!!!! One more thing about the room. LOVE that every room has a microwave! LOVE the beautiful bookends that are in every room. The TV is kind of small and far from the bed, but I wasn't there to watch TV. Also, there are no tubs....showers only. Again, I LOVED my stay at this hotel!!!!!"
