| The shower felt like a fire hydrant. The best gym and only one of a kind. Judo room, basketball court, boxing,etc. |

| The hotel needs refurbishing; it may even be torn down. Now it sits in the middle of a construction site. We heard pile drivers from 10-midnight, and again at 4 a.m.until we checked out at 7 a.m.
The location is magnificent and the price has been right; we've stayed here before. Once the elevator opened and closed on our floor ever 2 seconds; finally we got the desk to reassign us to another floor. The whole hotel presently, though there is some modernization in parts of the bathroom, says 1950s |

| The quaint room was quite comfortable. Even the roll-away was very comfortable. The very large walk in closet was almost as large as the bathroom. You can't geat a better location closer to the Chicago Yacht Club and Millenium Park. The only complaints are that there was a leaky cold water faucet on the bathroom sink and felt the keys should be changed out with the new card style to ensure no copies have been made and the rooms are unable to be broken into. |

| Hotel is in a great location and on the less expensive side. Showering in a nightmare, have never seen a shower that small with that much power all most ended up on Michigan Ave.. Staff needs some lessons in customer service but other than that not all that bad. |

| When my family entered the hotel, a musty odor was evident in the lobby. After some discussion I was able to upgrade our room and it was very comfortable. The rest of the hotel is in desperate need of updating. While the open area rooms were very interesting to my husband and I, my kids thought the hotel was like the movie The Shining. One reason we picked this hotel was that it had a pool. However when we got there we found it it was and additional 15.00 per guest to use the pool! You could not beat the location. |

| The hotel was great for our purposes. TH e location was great and just a crosswalk away from Millenium Park and our friends who were staying at a much higher priced venue. We were very busy and did not have much time in the room, it suited our purposes. Someone looking for entertainment within their hotel might be disappointed. The room was clean and neat, the bathroom was updated, but it was lacking any sort of counter space to hold toiletries etc. No in-room fridge, but that again was not that important to us. |

| Although I give the front desk kudos for trying to accomodate my stay, there are a few things you should know if you plan on staying here while on business.
1 - You MUST be on the 14th or higher floor in order to get internet service. This should be spelled out before you book. This issue took many hours to resolve until I was finally moved above the 13th floor.
2 - Not suitable for bringing business partners. The hotel has an overall haunted feel about it. No updates to lighting, carpet, walls gives the appearance of a tired establishment
3 - Keys. Keys are what they are - keys. Not usual to be given a standard key that also has a tag with the hotels name/address on it. Should you happen to drop it somewhere, a stranger has complete access to your hotel room given the key has the room number on it.
4 - Elevators. Were under maintenance during my stay, so there I just ended up utilizing the service elevator since I got tired of waiting. |

| Great location, but was a little disappointed with the hotel itself. sort of like an upscale hostel - which was not what I was expecting. I thought it was more of a 'regular' hotel. |
