Recent Chicago Ohare Garden Review: "I booked this hotel months ago, because I had a conference at another hotel and the Garden Hotel provided complimentary parking and a shuttle to anywhere within 3 miles. It ran every 30 minutes and only once did I have to ride along to the airport first before being dropped off for my conference. The shuttle service was great and very nice. The 'express'  breakfasts were as described in earlier posts - Little Debbie snacks and coffee. Wireless internet was free in the hotel lobby but it was not air conditioned, so if there for an extended time it did tend to get a little stuffy and warm. There was no refriderator in the room or ironing board, but there was a very nice desk and chair. The TV was an older analog one, but had cable and free HBO. The room was very clean, towels were changed, and bed was made each day. I believe it was an old Holiday Inn based on one of faded signs in the parking lot and has over 100 rooms. There are places to eat within a short walking distance. There is even a grocery store that is probably less than 7-10 mins. For the price I paid I am extremley happy with the accomodations. Even though there was no internet in the room and a poor breakfastt, it ididn't effect my stay. Early posts are correct that the restaurant on-site doesn't exist and the pool advertised doesn't look like it has been filed with water in a year or two. The water pressure in the shower was not the best, so I could see it being difficult for a woman to get the soap out of here hair, but for me it was fine. I believe that a majority of the poor feeedback this hotel receives is from people who are stuck at the airpot due to a cancellation and want a cheap place to stay and are not happy with its accomodations. I'm sure there are a few rooms that have been neglected and don't get cleaned every day and that's likely where the staff is putting people when they call at the last minute for a reservation. I also suggest that the staff responsible at night improve their cus"
