Recent Comfort Ohare Arprt Review: "Pros: The rooms were spotlessly clean. Quick, large, elevators. Large outdoor parking lot. Free coffee in the lobby. Coffeemaker in room. Blow-dryer, iron, iron-board all in room. Ice machine on every floor. Rooms as described. Rooms as pictured. Lots of fresh towels, and I mean LOTS. Quiet hotel, quiet area. Free airport shuttle. Really near to airport. Very comfortable beds.
Cons: One sink for suite and it's outside of the bathroom. No mirror in bathroom. Mirror is by the sink.
TV remote wasn't working well.
Lights are dim yellow. No real bright lights besides for in the bathroom and sink mirror."

| This was everything we needed. Two families and a toddler sharing a room with two doubles, but there was a separate den like area which easily transformed into a second room. It was spacious, clean, easy to get to and very comfortable. The food was good, neighborhood was clean and there is a fun playground real close by for our toddler to stretch his legs and play before our flight. We felt safe and the surrounding neighborhood had many shops to get last minute items. Above all that, the have a shuttle service that went beyond the call of duty. We had to check out by noon, but our flight was not until late that evening. They stored our bags securely in their offices and took us to the nearest subway platform which was about 35 minutes ride to downtown. We had a great time sightseeing, and when we took the train back, we called them and they were right there to pick us up at the platform, and take us to the hotel to get our luggage, load up again on the shuttle, and took us to the airport on time for our flight. If not for this shuttle and storage, this would have been a very long time between check out and flight. Thank you so much. We will always stay here when we fly to and from O'Hare. |

| I was very pleased with this hotel. Our group consisted of 3 young women and we were most concerned with spending the least amount of money as possible, so that was why we chose this hotel. Due to our budget, I did not expect much out of this hotel, but I was pleased. The carpet was in pretty bad condition and the walls were very thin. The first night we stayed, there was a wedding downstairs and we could hear the music on the 3rd floor. But, other than that, everything was good. The bathroom was clean and in good condition. The bed was comfortable. Plus, the CTA station is less than a 5 minute drive down the road, so getting to downtown is easy. If I were looking for a cheap stay in Chicago again, I would come back here. |

| We wanted to stay in the city, but $30 a night to park your car stopped us. We wanted a hotel that was close to an "L" station for a great price The hotel was less then a mile away to the station. We drove to the staion very day and only had to pay $5 to park. We had some brake problems on the way in and the girl at the front desk was fantastic in finding a shop to fix them without riping us off. The hotel was booked solid with a convention and they were under staffed to clean all the rooms on the first day including ours. The rest of the week was fine. The room was clean and large. The free breakfast was great. |

| All in all it was a good stay for the price. The hotel room had a musky smell though, and the carpet looked like it needed a good shampoo.
The next day the power went out due to storms, but the staff were accommodating and not much disruption in regular service.
Would return next time I need to be by airport. |

| I really enjoy our, unfortunately, short stay. We arrived late and they had a few rooms that needed to be cleaned. Instead of making us wait they upgraded our room to a suite with a whirl pool. We really needed that after a long 13 hour drive. It was clean and safe area. |

| Was a decent hotel for the price, it was very clean if a bit worn. The breakfast was fine, the usual waffles, eggs, sausage, bagels and cereal. The room was decent, and as we expected. The a/c was nice and cold, which, given the heat wave, was delicious. The staff was nice, but at least one seemed clueless.
We did have several annoying small things come up. The elevator button on the first floor only worked sometime, you had to keep punching it repeatedly to get the elevator.
About midnight or so, the alarm in our room began softly alarming about every 1/2 hour or so... It was the only clock we had, so we finally put a pillow over it.
The exercise area, although small, was OK. However, after spending several minutes trying to get the recumbent bike to work, I finally decided it might be broken. When I called the main desk, they were a little fuzzy on whether it was broken or not, finally saying it was. I suggested an "out of order" sign might keep another customer from attempting to use it. There was still no sign when we left.
On the whole, for what we paid, it was a OK hotel. Folks were friendly, our room was very clean, even the bathroom (a personal pet peeve of mine), and the toiletries, although not exciting, did the job. If you are looking for a clean place to stay near the Rosemont convention center for not a lot of money, this isn't a bad place. |
