Recent Comfort Suites Chicago Review: "We had a great experience overall, except for one thing: we drove to Chicago, and while we knew that parking or even a quick stop in front of the hotel to drop off passengers / luggage is not permitted because of a city ordinance, the alternative (valet parking) was not straightforward. First, the good stuff. The hotel location is superb, near the  magnificent mile and 30 seconds from the Chicago river bridge on Michigan avenue. There are many places to eat within a few blocks (the original Unoa��s pizza was about 10 minutes away on foot). The place is clean, the staff very helpful and courteous. Our room was large, with had two queens, a full kitchen, bath, walk-in closet with safe/ironing board and a view of Michigan avenue. The climate control system was quiet (a rare thing in most hotel rooms). The room also had a full washer/dryer. The beds werena��t new, mine sank quite a bit in the middle, but it was very confortable without being too soft. Breakfast was provided the next day, and much better than the usual continental breakfast with two day old bagels. However, keeping up with the demand was rough as the two staffers were running all over the place to keep the shelves stacked. Finding a place to seat in the breakfast area was hard, although our room included a tray to take down to the breakfast room and bring our stuff up back to our room. The only ding is that if you drive your own car, as we did, the situation is a bit of a problem: there is no stopping/parking allowed in front of the hotel (city ordinance), we had to find the valet parking around the block and understand the valet was shared with a different hotel (hard rock hotel). Instructions on where to go were unclear. Second, not only was the valet location jammed with cabs waiting for rides, but the hotela��s valet is shared with the Hard Rock Hotel and that street is quite busy. The valet stand is in fact, in front of the Hard Rock Hotel which adds a bit to the confusion. We felt rushed as we had to"
