| I stay at Marriott hotels as much as possible, as I love the Marriott experience. The staff was so accommodating from the time we checked in to the assistance from the concierge when the group needed to depart to two entirely different directions when leaving. The location was great to go to the Disney and the American Girl store at Watertower Place. I travel every week or two for business, and I would rate this very high on my "like" scale. I would have loved to have a Jacuzzi in the pool area, but loved everything in spite of it. Thanks so much to management and staff for making this a great experience!! |

| The location is a block off Michigan Ave., and quite close to very nice alternatives for eating, as well as cultural attractions and shopping. Knowledgeable and friendly staff helped as well! |
