Recent Crowne Plaza Review: "I recently stayed at Crowne Plaza for one night and was very pleasantly surprised with the overall stay. The decor was nice, the room was comfortable, and the pool and workout areas were fantastic. The staff was also very helpful and friendly. The only qualm I had was that the bathroom was pretty small and hard to move around in & there are no quick checkout options. Other than that, however, I was extremely pleased with the hotel and will be visiting it again soon."

| This hotel was very convenient for attending a function at the College of DuPage. The restaurant looked lovely, and there were plenty of nearby offerings. Staff was helpful, and the room both comfortable and well kept. Would stay again if in the area. |

| The hotel was in great condition and very clean. There were only two dislikes for my stay.
The lesser of the two dislikes is the location from restaurants and entertainment.
My major dislike was the "pending charge for liabilities" to my Debit Card. First, the room was a fair for a one night stay. I understand that hotels put a pending charge for liability damages toward the room that would reimbursed if there were no damages. So I assumed that there would be a maximum pending charge of $100.00 to my Debit Card that would be reimbursed. Needless to say, there were no damages or charges to the room when I checked out. A couple days later, I check my account on-line and find a pending charge for $789.51!!! Long story short, I returned to the hotel and had them speak with my bank to have the pending charge removed immediately and everything was cleared up. The odd thing is that the hotel staff that resolved my issue would not even know why I would have a pending charge of $789.51. They stated that the pending charge would never be higher than $25.00. If you are staying at this hotel, make sure to ask how much the pending charge will be toward your card!! |

| We were expecting a much bigger room, the bathroom was very small only one person at a time. The DVD player you can use comes with a cost and nobody really knew how to use it. The maintenace people were rude and not helpful. Had to be moved to a different room because the tv did not work. Offered us buy 1 get 1 free dinner but the dinner was to expensive to buy. We were there for a visit to the hospital for a major heart surgery so the added stress of the room did not help any. For the money you do not even receive a continental breakfast! Highly disappointed in our stay. |

| Lobby was beautiful but the room was small and cramped. Hotel does not have any smoking rooms. Bathroom was ok except the water was cold and the shower head was too low. Internet access was not free like ad said it was. Pool and fitness rooms were nice and clean |

| We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and thought the room was large and tastefully appointed and the staff was delightful. We had dinner in the dining room both nights and both times the food was outstanding. I highly recommend this hotel. |
