| I was there with my daughter and grand-daughter to visit my mom. Even though we did see the museum, It was more of a mini family reunion for us. we didn't have a kitchen in our room and someone told me you have to ask for a room with a kitchen. But we made due. The room was clean and nice. |

| When I stayed before, the rate was discounted due to more nights. This time it was weekend only and the rates were 33% higher... no bargain for what you get. Again, arrived late, but at least the staff did not require reinforcements from across the parking lot to get me checked in, but it still took far, far too long. Training of the night staff is desperately needed. See my other review (dated 4-11-12) for general comments. The sink was cracked in our room this time; cosmetic only, but shows the general state of upkeep/maintenance ... marginal at best. Sunday breakfast ran out of cream cheese for the bagels. Typical of the overall level of service... not poor; just marginally getting by. |

| Arrived at 12:00 P.M. and had someone pulling the fire alarm until 1:00 A.M.. The toilet ran water all night until it would flush itself periodically. Very squeaky floors. |

| The hotel was average overall and was located in the area where we had business. Close access to the train into Chicago. Was very impressed with the desk staff and their attention to our needs. (ie. giving very specific directions to all locations we needed to reach, giving directions to places that might interest us, and suggestions to sights we could take in within our time restraint.)
We will be going back on our frequent stays in Chicago. |

| I expected this hotel to be pretty low-class but it was really good. We accidentally flooded our room and they were so nice about it! They moved our room immediately and didn't give us a hard time about the flood. I totally recommend. Great location and it's close enough to Chicago but not too close. I would stay here again! |
