| i thought they were a little short staffed so it affected service but overall very good. also don't eat at the hotel restaurant, food was horrible. |

| Excellent choice. The hotel was very clean, employees were very nice and the full breakfast that's included was great. I would highly recommend this hotel and we will stay here when we come back. |

| Stayed during Easter weekend. Terribly noisy due to many families Thursdagy-Saturday. Sunday-Monday was much better.Breakfast was excellent, but capacity was too small when the hotel was full.The afternoon reception is excellent! |

| My granddaughters and I had a wonderful time at the Embassy. Plenty of room for all, the breakfast was awesome. One block to the subway, easy access to the museums, Lincoln Zoo, walking distance to the Navy Pier and of course the American Doll store! |

| I always enjoy staying here. Room is spaceous and pretty clean. Has nice a good view of the atriums and a fantastic breakfast. |

| Overall hotel was nice. We stayed with our two kids. We booked a city view for an extra charge and at check in they did not have a city view reserved fo us. When I asked the lady at the front desk gave a bit of an attitude as I showed her my confirmation sheet. We did get a view of th city but it wasn't a very good one. Glad I had my confirmation sheet. Wish it was a better view for the extra charge. |

| This is a good place to stay if your traveling with your family. The breakfast and mangers reception make this hotel a good economic value. Not to mention the large rooms and great location |

| The Embassy Suites in downtown Chicago (State St) is always great to stay in. Love the huge cooked-to-order breakfast and comfortable rooms. |
