| The hotel is nice and in good condition, but what really makes this hotel is the staff. The front desk staff and the lovely lady handling the breakfast made everything great! |

| Expensive for what it was. That's the reason for my no in question three.
The afternoon desk attendant was very warm and friendly. The morning person was fine but a bit casual. We never got our receipt, for example. The hotel was pretty clean, but a bit shabby and not exceptionally clean. |

| I chose to stay here because I had an early morning flight to catch. The airport has a direct link to the CTA line, so I was able to get to downtown Chicago easily without taking a taxi or driving. Hotel shuttle service to airport was very convenient. Just what I had wanted. The room was very comfortable, although you will hear airport noise (planes taking off) in the morning, although it was not excessively loud. Good price for the accommodations. Also very close to TGIF restaurant, although I didn't eat there, if I had been really tired when I arrived, I probably would have gone there vs. visiting Chicago. |

| My stay at the Fairfield Inn in Chicago at Midway was very nice. The room was need and comfortable, but what stands out most for me was the staff I encountered. The desk person, was friendly and helpful. The next morning both she and another staff member chatting with her smiled and greeted me when I came downstairs. They were warm and engaging. I left my car at the hotel. The man who drove me to the airport in the shuttle was friendly and helpful. I would stay at this Fairfield Inn again and recommend others to choose Fairfield. |

| the hotel was good for the price and its location. the only big negative is the hotel staff.the staff is not bad, they are very loud. we heard them talking to eachother at 7:30 am. that is the only bad point of the hotel. |

| The hotel was clean and the staff was very professional. Although,I was shocked to find out that there was a $10 charge to park in the parking lot which did not make my husband or myself very happy. I was pleasantly surprised when the front desk called shortly after we checked in to make sure that everything in our room was clean and in working order. |

| This hotel is located very near the airport and major points of intereste in south Chicago. For the price, it is a good place to stay. |
