Recent Four Points Sheraton Review: "My family and I stayed at this hotel just outside of O'Hare for 3 nights. The price was perfect and the room was cleaned daily. Not much of a neighborhood around the hotel, just several old hotels and car rental places. We didn't use the hotel bus from the airport because we rented a car. Parking is free with plenty of spaces."

| The hotel was what we expected from the good price and location, but the bed is not that comfortable and and the pillows, well, they shouldn't even be considered pillows! So uncomfortable! Everything else was fine. I did like how the thermostat is on the wall and you can set the temp to what you like and it actually worked! Overall everything was acceptable but couldn't stay again unless we wanted to bring our own pillows! |

| The friendly staff made our trip to Chicago for myself and daughter very enjoyable! I was carrying a heavy cooler, the gentleman at the front desk left the desk to help me carry it. Additionally the cleaning staff was so friendly...my daughter loved seeing them before we left. Beds were comfortable, and very clean. |

| When I got to the hotel there was nobody in the check-in desk. After a couple hellos someone came out and gave me the room key. The carpet on the way to the room smelled and so did the room. They have an attached restaurant so that is convenient if you arrive late at night. I didn't spend that much time in the hotel but overall it was just a place with a bed where you can sleep and close to the airport. |

| We needed to spend the night in Chicago before flying out on an international flight so this hotel worked out well. Staff and van drivers were friendly and helpful. Room was big but carpet was "scary" and we kept our shoes on. The air conditioner sounded like it was on its last legs but we were tired and slept fine.
All in all a fine experience. |

| We recently stayed here twice- bookending a weekend trip around the Chicagoland area.
Thank goodness the room was nice or I would have been screaming to stay away from the fourpoints. The rooms we were sharply re-done. The bed was very comfy.
The staff was friendly, but slow to meet our needs. It took 30 minutes to get a crib both times we requested one. Room Service was also poor.
Their shuttle was pretty bad- both the wait (about 25 minute average) and the overall busted bus that they used...literally. My seat bracket was broken and the seat would rise about a foot off the floor through a corner. The other bus had a door which didn't function properly.
Neighborhood is sketchy, but there were still a walkable convenience store- and possibly a restaurant a bit further.
Location decent to get to via car, but a bit far from the airport.
They had weddings both nights we stayed there. Noisy in the lobby, but no issues once you get to the room. |

| Complementary airport shuttles 3 times/hour to/from the hotel. Hotel was clean, modern and comfortable. Room was clean, comfortable and quiet. Room service was fast and the food was very good. Wi-fi in the room was free and functional. A very fair value for the price - I would definitely stay here again. |
