| Everything was wonderful, the staff was friendly and helpful, the room was very nice and spacious, the free breakfast was very yummy! I Just wish that they had a hot tub in the pool area. overall would love to come back again! |

| My fiancee and I stayed at this location for our anniversary and it was a wonderful hotel.. The staff was nice and friendly.. The room was clean and roomy..We would definitely stay there again. |

| Overall this is a very good hotel. Clean and well kept! The Customer Service is pretty good. The only issue I had was that above our room on the 4th floor there was an apparent party going on which involved a lot of noise above our heads, stompin' and so forth in the early part of the night.
Otherwise, good place to stay. Great breakfast. |

| Our hotel rooms were very clean and well kepted.My main concern was the noise from the maids cart rolling down the hall early in the morning ,kids running upand down the hallway,you could hear people walking around on the floor above our room.Im sure it was not intentional but it doesn,t seem like the walls and floors are very well insulated for sound. I only have one more complaint and that was that there wasnt anyplace to park because the driveway or parking lot had not been cleared of the snow and if you did find one you had to walk through the snow to get out of our car and into the hotel. If I had to stay in Matteson, Iii again I would still stay at your location just airing my concerns about my stay. Thank You very much and of course the stafff were very helpful. |

| I visit Matteson very often and I have stayed in other hotels. This Hampton Inn is one of the best hotels that I have stayed in Chicago. So long as they keep up the good service I will always stay here. Everything is great it’s close to shopping easy to get to from the freeway. The to-go bags in the morning are really good. Breakfast is OK but everything else is awesome. Service is wonderful the staff is nice, professional and a great help... I love this location!!!
