| Had a wonderful time @ this awesome hotel-receptionist was extra friendly and went extra mile to make my stay comfortable. I was new to the area;checked in arnd 6PM (all exhausted from work) but quickly rejuvenated by nice 'king like' treatment by the staff and abience of the hotel (room)....Dining in the hotel (i think it was @ the Reserve) was lill' expensive but worth every penny-especially the Tiramusu. Really want to thank the staff for overall awesome experience/stay here. |

| The room was excellent and the food was pretty good. About a 25 minute jaunt to Chicago so if you are in town for business: be aware of the time to get where you need to go. The staff at Harrahs go the EXTRA mile for you, even helping me with directions or where to get Chicago Deep Dish pizza. Always addressed me by my name which made the stay even more enjoyable. I will be back with my family for a leisure stay! |

| I was completely surprised at the quality and size of the room for the price paid. I would recommend this hotel to anyone needing to stay in Joliet. |

| I found this to be a nice place to stay for the price with a lot more then a standard hotel with equally nice rooms. The area has very little to offer but the restaurants and bars we plenty. They were a little under staffed at the Casino bar but the room was well maintained and very comfortable. I would recoomand this to anyone who needs to be in Joliet and has to stay. |

| I enjoyed my time in the room and casino. The diner was great, next time I'll try all the restaurants. Wish there was more to do in the city. But I had some fun. |

| I loved my stay at the hotel. The room was big and the setting made for a perfect little romantic getaway for a night. Would defenitelly stay again in the future. Can't wait to see the remodeled Diamond Lounge. |

| This is one of the nicest casino hotels I have ever stayed in. Top quality room, very nicely furnished. The adjacent parking garage has a covered walkway to the hotel and parking is convenient. Room service had very good food. I will be a repeat customer! |
