Recent Hilton Garden Ohare Review: "My daughter and I were very impressed and pleased with this particular hotel. Everyone was very nice, helpful, courteous, friendly and did everything they could to make our stay a memorable experience. The courtesy van took us wherever we needed to go in the area, and were prompt and courteous. We were allowed a late check out (approximately 2 hours past the allowed check out time) so that we could stay there until we needed to leave for the airport. The restaurant at the hotel had good food and the prices were reasonable. Our room had all the amenities that we needed and expected, and we had an excellent stay. This particular hotel had recently won an award in 2007 for the best hotel in the Hilton chain, and they are living up to award. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to commute into Chicago but stay near the Chicago O'Hare airport."

| My boyfriend, brother, and I traveled to Chicago to attend Cubs baseball games.
Upon a late arrival, well after 12am, we were allowed a hassle free check in.
Each day of our stay, the desk attendants provided information on how to take public transportation (ie trains and bus) to get to Wrigley field.
Each evening upon return, the hotel shuttle arrived at OHare to take us back to the hotel.
The staff was kind and gracious. At check out, we were running late and the general manager drove us to the train to make our flight out of Midway on time instead of us having to wait for the hotel shuttle to return. |

| Arrived an hour before check-in and our room was ready. Lobby was very well maintained. The front desk people were excellent - extremely welcoming and helpful. Our room was clean and well maintained. I would stay again with our family the next time we're in town. |

| we had a great experience at this hotel. cute pool, great room service, my kids had a good night sleep before our flight so it was well worth the price of staying there rather than getting up at 3am! |

| The hotel was nice. The only problem was the road construction, which was not the hotels fault. We took 2 grandchildren ages 3 and 4 and found the kiddie pool very entertaining to them. |

| the hotel was easy to find coming from O'hare airport. Our experience at the Hilton Garden Hotel was very pleasurable. Everyone we came in contact with on the hotel staff were friendly and courteous. Our room was clean and the beds were very comfortable. I asked for a quiet room and that was just what we received. I really never heard much airplane noise even though we were not far from the airport. There are numerous places to eat within ten minutes of the hotel and a very nice movie theatre close by. I would guess the driving time to down town is approximately twenty five minutes so we opted to stay outside of the city to save money as Hotels located in the city can be twice as much. We were very pleased with our stay at the Hilton Garden Inn and would definately recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Chicago. |

If I ever go to Chicago again, I would definitely stay here again. Simply excellent.
As a Muslim, my one complaint is that the meats used at breakfast were always pork (sausages, etc). Why not use beef, chicken, or Turkey, or even use Kosher meats? It would be more acceptable for more people. Other than that, breakfast was excellent as everything else. |

| This was my second stay at the Hilton Garden Inn - Chicago/O'Hare. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful with all our needs. The pool, hot tub, and kiddie pool offer a great variety. The hotel has a business center with printing capabilities, free wireless and LAN internet in every room, a slightly better than average weight room, and complimentary shuttle that will take you to the airport or local El station. The restaurant and bar provide good food and drinks... nothing oustanding but it is convenient, not to mention the snack bar that's open late at night. I would highly recommend this hotel to others. |

| This hotel was very clean, the employees were extra friendly, the food at the hotel was actually good. Most hotel food is terrible but this was good food. Overal this was a very nice hotel. Highley recomended plus it was very reasonably priced. |

| We only stayed one night but it was great. The hotel staff from those behind the counter in the lobby to the housekeepers were all attentive and very friendly. I wish that breakfast would have been included in the hotel price but it sure was delicious. We wish we could have stayed longer! They had a great pool and fitness room that we didn't have time to use but wished we could have! :) |
