Recent Holiday Chicago Review: "This was my first stay on both accounts. Ive never stayed overnight in Chicago and Ive never booked a room at any Holiday Inn. I loved the price, it fitted into my budget. I had to book 3 rooms for my family and guests. Everything was done on the phone as we were driving from Michigan to Chicago.Then upon arrival the front desk were very pleasant. The rooms were very very comfortable and clean. My husband loved the flat screen HD TVs. The location was close to downtown and the places we wanted to visit.And the best part was one of our guests had forgotten and left her baggage in the hotel lounge. I called and spoke to the staff. They were very helpful. They found the lost bag and the hotel supervisor made sure the bag was sent back to me without any additional cost from me. I really really appreciated that. Thank you."
