| The website said this hotel was 2.4 miles from my destination in west Chicago when really it was more than 25 miles from it, in the town Itasca. Not being familiar with the area I took the 2.4 miles for what it appeared. Other than the location, this hotel was great! Staff is friendly, the pool is clean, and the rooms are nice. Despite the location, I would stay there again. |

| Although I had a little trouble finding the place, because of road construction and I got turned around, once I found the hotel, the service was great and the rooms were very clean and it was actually in a very good neighborhood. It was only about 30 mins or so from Downtown Chicago. One negative is that it didn't have complimentary breakfast. It costs between $6-10 depending on what you want to eat. |

| as a 10-year manager for Marriott hotels, there were two cardinal rules we never broke - 1. We never said a guest's name and room number out loud at check in for security. 2. We never imprinted a credit card because of the potential for fraud. I was very disappointed that the hotel did both of those things. Especially as a woman traveling alone I am very aware of security measures and was uncomfortable with the two men behind me and the rest of the lobby knowing my name and room number. The computer record of a credit card should be enough, but they put mine on paper to save for who knows how long.
Very disappointed in both those procedures, especially when I learned that others at my meeting experienced the same things.
The only positive is that the bed was very comfortable. |

| The Hotel needs some remodling, in the hall ways and elevators. Our hall way smelled of stale air and smoke.
We could not get our key card to work late Saturday night 5-17-08. There was another gentlemen waiting for answers to his questions and the front desk help was not even recgonizing that you were there in need of help, he stayed on the phone ignoring everyone for 15-20 minutes, in the mean time I am waiting to get in my room, my wife is sitting outside of our room in the hall way. another 10 minutes goes by and I had to ask the security to let me in, and the front desk manager still was working on one customer. Only one staffed with a wedding reception and a full house was not wise. |
