| We enjoyed our stay in this hotel that did not feel like an impersonal chain. The price was reasonable. The concierge, who goes by the name "showtime", was very helpful and always cheerful. |

| Hotel was less than expected. Staff was friendly and got a room upgrade as a ByRequest member. Room lights weren't working and had to make 2 requests to get this fixed (took 8 hours before complete). Room wasn't cleaned very well after each night (bed was made, but there was still dirt on the carpets, and twice the hotel shampoos weren't replaced). Overall, for the price, seen much better. Would not return and would not recommended. But the stay itself was decent. Close to Michigan Ave. but there are hotels that are closer and nicer. |

| After leaving McCormick Place each day this was a great low key oasis. Make sure to have "Showtime" the conceirge tell you where to eat etc. He is a great resource. Nice rooms and clients. |

| Hotellet ligger primært op til forretningsrejsende. Desværre er nærområdet ikke sønderligt spændende, der ligger dog en hyggelig morgenmads/frokost cafe - Potbelly - meget tæt på. Den har ikke åbent tidligt i weekenden, men i ugedagene er der åbent meget tidligt. Der er et lille stykke vej til den nærmeste Subway station. Bestemt et hotel der kan anbefales til dem der gerne vil opleve Chicago og bo lidt uden for "The Loop" - der hvor alle butikker, cafeer osv. ligger. Bestemt et hotel der er værd at anbefale og er man ude i god tid, kan man sagtens finde et godt tilbud! |

| nos colocaram num quarto para "diseable" com um banheiro estranho, cheio de spacos e falta de moveis... no check out falaram " Ah, era uma quarto para " necessidades especiais" pq vcs nao pediram troca - e nos saberiamos isto daonde???
Eh muito engracado a pressuposicao ...
E, ao chegarmos aa noite, o atendimento foi a desejar uma atendente ao tel e o outro, sem tempo... |

| The hotel was “OK” but not particularly nice or even interesting. It was about a 15 minute cab ride to McCormick Place- so fairly convenient. There was a restaurant and bar next door which was a little haughty and pricey for the location. The area is up and coming (known as Printers Row) but not too developed yet. There were only a couple of casual restaurant/bars within walking distance but not much else. It felt safe to walk at night.
The hotel people were friendly but only the doorman was very helpful.
There is no bar per se in the hotel but they set up a portable bar in the hotel lobby from 7 to 10 (very weird)
The rooms were clean but nothing special. The internet service was free but pretty slow. |

| Excelente ubicación. A unos metros de la parada del camión. Restaurantes y comercios a distancias muy razonables para ir caminando.
Somos una familia con tres hijos adolescentes, tomamos una suite, el tamaño era justo pero suficiente. El unico inconveniente fue que la habitación solo tiene un baño, y el lavabo no esta separado de la regadera y el WC. Fuera de esto, nos parece un hotel muy recomendable para viajar en familia. |

| This centeral located and makes catch the CTA to any where very easy. The satff recommended a resturant and even gave us free desert. Only draw back, no bath tub, but a huge shower. We had a great time and would stay there again! |

| This hotel was within minutes of everything we wanted to do in Chicago. Very clean and spacious. |
