| This is my second time staying at the James Chicago. The staff is wonderful and very accommodating. Great location right off of the "Magnificent Mile". Also very conveniently located across the street from a Trader Joe's. |

| Hotel Staff was really attentive. Lobby room were nice and clean. The gym was great, not what I expect in a hotel. I will stay here again |

| You will not get a better location than this hotel. Rooms are nice but nothing has been done to make them particularly cozy. The bed was great. Bath products were terrible so remember to bring your own shampoo etc. The front desk was very sweet and helpfull. Our safe broke and we asked for it to be fixed twice without any success. We were given a late check out without having to pay extra. The restaurant was not good so we went other places for breakfast and dinner. I would stay here again for sure due to the amazing location. |

| Wonderful hotel. Big nice rooms. Really great fitness center. Can't beat the location. Needs more elevator capacity but that's a quibble. Staff are really friendly and effective. |
