Recent Radisson Ohare Review: "The hotel was remodeled within the last few years--the decor is modern in style, everything in the room was very clean, and the furniture was comfortable and in excellent condition. I stayed in a room with Sleep Number beds, and though I hadn't slept on a Sleep Number bed before, it didn't take long to learn how to use the digital control to adjust the firmness level of the mattress. I greatly appreciated the opportunity to adjust the firmness of the mattress to my preference, and it turned out to be one of the most comfortable hotel beds I've ever had.
The distance from the hotel to Chicago O'Hare Airport is about five miles. Personally, I thought the noise from aircraft flying overhead was very minimal, and it didn't interfere at all with sleeping during my five-night stay. If you are an extremely light sleeper, have insomnia, or are never exposed to the sound of an occasional airplane overhead, you probably won't be satisfied with any hotel near the airport.
All of the hotel staff I encountered made me feel very welcome. The staff at the front desk were all friendly, they quickly responded to concerns, and were helpful by providing answers to general questions. The housekeeping staff did an excellent job of cleaning the room every day.
For the most part, the free Internet access in the room worked well. It was very helpful for researching information about attractions in Chicago, and plotting directions to places by car or train. The process for printing information to pick up at the front desk was easy and reliable.
Though I drove my car to Chicago, I relied solely on CTA's "El" train and bus system to tour the city for several days. The hotel's free shuttle service to the O'Hare airport was reliable and took no longer than 10 minutes. It was easy to catch the "El" train at the airport transportation center and ride the Blue Line into downtown Chicago for the day. Since the hotel shuttle and the train's Blue Line operate 24-hours, I could easily come and go"

| We were in a nice suburban area with local shops, stores, etc. We spent most of our time downtown, but the first night was closer to the hotel. Nice easy on and off the interstate highway. |

| Family friendly hotel. The sleep number beds were interesting - the kids loved them. I can't say I would purchase one myself. Lots of food options within walking distance to the hotel. The breakfast buffet was poor considering the cost so I recommend going out for breakfast. |

| I choose this hotel for the ammenities. It was suppose to be a nice one night stay on a longer trip. The bathroom is so tiny I had to close the door in order to move around even to wash my hands. The television is old and has lines running through the screen from poor reception. I needed to do my work and was unable due to the poor bandwidth in the hotel. The worst disappointment however, was receiving a room without a balcony and a tiny little window that let in no light. For the money, I would have chosen differently. |

| We always stay at the Radisson as they offer great rates and the hotel is always clean and comfortable. It is in a great area, right across from shopping and restaurants. We have never ever had a problem staying at this hotel and stay here every time we come to Chicago, which is about 5 time per year. |

| It's hot in my home...so I was looking forward to some good AC & a few beers around the pool at The Radisson...
no room service to pool---although the front desk said there was...the restaurant was "so busy"..and they couldn't bring a beer to the room...nor could I take it out of the restaurant...
what a disapointment re front desk stafff...
the room however was fine...great AC and comfortable clean..
Housekeeping was 500% more helpful than front desk...the paitio door was screwed shut ( what's up with that)...but the housekeeping lady had maintrenance there in 5 minutes to unscrew...
I would not stay again or recommend to anyone because of front desk apathy & no room service issue.... |

| Most everything was satisfactory. However, the bathrooms are very small and there are no vent fans, which causes the room to steam up during a shower. Service was very good and the overall quality of the hotel was good. |
