| My husband and I chose this hotel as a final getaway before our first baby arrives, a sort of "baby moon". We were very pleased with the cleanliness of the hotel room, although the room service / concierge is a bit slow. It was a real hassle to get a couple of extra water bottles and shampoos.
The views of the Chicago river, and surrounding downtown are amazing. Breakfast buffet is excellent, and they always have the most current newspaper on hand. Hotel Spa provides excellent massages, and heated indoor pool and 24hr fitness center proved to be a real asset. |

| The overall condition and cleanliness was good. The temperature control in the room was seriously lacking. It ran from hot to cold and the thermostat didn't seem to make much difference. |

| I've stayed at the Renaissance twice now. I highly recommend this hotel in every aspect. The only issue is that the bed/mattress is not very comfortable. |

| We've been staying at the Renaissance Chicago for over 15 years, and it is always Great. We're not big users of hotel amenities, so we cannot comment. But to us the hotel meets every requirement - excellent location, good rooms, good service, friendly/helpful concierge, good cab line, and all the guests are friendly to each other = they're happy and having a GOOD TIME. River view room is worth the extra, you can see the Trump Tower and count all the money you're saving!!! |

| The hotel was very nice and the people were great. The only complaint is the cost of parking your car is excessive. Other than that they were great. |
