Overall, this was a very clean, comfortable hotel, right by an L station. However, was very disappointed that there was an extra parking cost and that there was only an ethernet connection to get on the Internet in our room, which you had to pay for. There was free Wi-Fi, but you had to go down to the hotel lobby to use it.

Hotelet lå kun ca 10 min kjøring fra flyplassen. Vi leide bil, men lett å finne fram til hotel. Toget ned til Down Town stoppet like ved. Kjempe hyggelig betjening både ved skranke og matsal! Selv om hotelet ligger nær stor flyplass, var det lite vi hørte til trafikk og flystøy. Flott svømmebasseng!

Spent the weekend with my husband, I slept well, my husband woke up with a sore neck. Hotel was clean, room was clean, womans locker room clean, Sauna clean, Lots of towels, couple were dingy but mostly white & clean, Pool & sauna appeared clean but could use more maintenance around parameter of the pool I noticed a dark ring clorine smell a bit strongand  it stung my skin. Parking was $24 a night . Pleasant stay.

This hotel really was excellent. There were three of us and we each had our own bed. The sofa pullout was just fine. We bought the breakfast bar. I did not think that it was so great. It was fresh, clean, ordinary. I love coffee but theirs is not nearly as good as the Starbucks down the hall. I thought that $16 was too high for the breakfast. Other  than that, I loved the place.

Bed sheets, pillow cases were all clean and nice. Also staffs in the front were very kind. When we asked them how to get to the Chicago city, they printed a map with the direction. But the atmosphere of the room stayed in was not that pretty- just a dull office & parking lot view. Considering that it's a hotel near the airport, I shouldn't expect the  view. right? Overall it was comfy stay for a night :)

We booked this hotel for a night before we flew out of O'Hare. Location is close to O'Hare and nice hotel--big lobby, nicely done. Our biggest complaint is the service--we were put on hold for 15 minutes trying to order room service. Also used the hotel airport shuttle after returning a rental car. Took them a half hour to pick us up, and hotel is only  1.9 miles away. The room was nice and comfortable--great suite layout. They just need to improve the speed and efficiency of the services they offer.

Clean, nice staff, noiseless, Starbucks near the reception desk. Only 5 minutes walking from Cumberland Blue line L-station.

A very pleasant experience over the Thanksgiving holiday. My room was clean and the staff was very attentive when needed. I thought the parking was a little steep but overall a grade B+ (could have been an A with internet service without cost).

The Renaissance is quite comfortable, but the location, while convenient, is not inspiring. Staff was great in my limited dealings with them. I was very frustrated with the blocking of any but their own WiFi access, which made it hard to load my boarding pass to smart phone. Decor of the hotel is full of tans and blues - felt very corporate hotel-like  rather than unique or stylish. Furniture in the living room of the suite was borderline shabby. Bed was comfortable and the bathroom/shower was huge. For our purposes - business meeting - it served us well.
