| Checking in was a hassle due to reservation issues, and front desk agent working alone on a Friday night, but hotel was nice, room clean, comfortable. I would definitely stay again. |

| The hotel was very clean, staff was super nice. The breakfast was excellent. Good location so close to the airport and orange line into downtown only took 20 min. |

| Easy access to airport and CTA train service to Chicago Downtown. Per typical mass transit there are some "dicey" characters that ride the train, but we did not have any problems. The room was laid out kind of strange, but it was clean, quiet, and comfortable. Staff was great. Breakfast and happy hours were made available and were great. |

| a bit expensive for hotel near the airport; however, it was in a safe newer hotel complex and the free shuttle was convenient. The hotel staff was extremely friendly and exceeded normal service. The only complaint was the sofa bed was a bit uncomfortable for my 2 kids; however we were able to obtain a second set of bedding and one child slept on the couch cushion on the floor the second night and he was happy. I did find that our hotel downtown earlier in the vacation was nicer and less expensive and would probably spend the whole vacation downtown should I go to Chicago again since the train runs right to the airport and is very convenient. |

| Very nice accommodation - spacious room, full kitchen, nicely equipped. Good for dining on delivered food (Chinese, etc.), don't know where a supermarket is in this area near Midway. King size bed, very large and comfortable. New plumbing, no noise from other rooms. Tastefully decorated. All in all, a great place! |

| ALTHOUGH I WAS IMPRESSED THE HOTEL OVER ALL THE SERVICE WAS FANTASTIC FROM THE DESK CLERK TO MAID THAT CLEAN OUR ROOM. THE MAID EVEN WASHED THE DISHES WE LEFT. I LIVE IN CHICAGO I'M NEVER GOING TO ANOTHER HOTEL BUT THIS ONE. I'VE BEEN IN OTHER HOTELS THAT WHERE MOVE EXPENSIVE AND THE SERVICES WAS POOR. AT THE RESIDENCE INN MARRIOT MIDWAY YOU GET SERVICE WITH A SMILE. |
