| Inexpensive hotel, with easy access to public transportation to get into downtown. Not fancy, just a place to sleep. would stay there again. |

| It's a 1.5 star hotel, and thats what you get, you go in expecting 2 free bottles of water and room service then look somewhere else, the place was run down and not the prettiest thing to look at, but it's quite and $25 to get down town. |

| I spent one night at the Skylark and it was a good value for the money, considering it's Chicago. The room was clean and the surroundings were quiet. I got a good night's sleep. |

| I was concerned about the noise of the jets passing overhead so close by, but I could barely hear them over the noise of the traffic and sirens.
On the other hand, although the room wasn't 'pretty', it WAS clean . .. and the staff was polite. |
