| The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. The room we received was decent, and the continental breakfast was adequate. The waffles were a nice touch. The hotel was full of pleasant, nice people as well and there was no concern for safety. The free shuttle to the Airport/EL train was extremely convenient. |

| This hotel was very nice. The free breakfast, though contential, was great. The room was small but very clean. The staff was very nice. Great shuttle service to/from hotel/midway airport. Orange line access from midway airport. |

| I booked this hotel at the last minute when I cancelled my other hotel reservation thinking I wouldn't be making the trip, and the experience was very painless. The staff was very courteous, the airport shuttle was super convenient, and the room wasn't bad at ALL for the price. Me and my best friend felt very safe, comfy, and cozy. Slept like babies. Clean and quiet. No problems at all really. |

| I stayed at this hotel 1 year ago and the whirlpool was broken then also. I question if it was ever fixed. Breakfast items were gone by 830am, so much for breakfast. |

| Neighborhood is a little run down but it is very close to the airport so several other hotels and good restaurants close by, some being in the same complex. Great shuttle service to the airport also. |

| I found my room and most of the hotel very clean and up to date - however i did notice that the 1 working elevator was never vacuumed during my 3 night stay. the other elevator had an out of order sign which i had read in a review earlier - don't know how long it has been not working. The staff was wonderful and the room was great!!! |
