Recent Super 8 Ohare Review: "I needed to bounce around in this trip chicago, ottawa, peoria and back to ottawa and then chicago. A true nightmare in stress....meanwhile stressing over my granddaughter surgery.
The gentleman who booked me should be commended.... he listened attentively and helped me with this booking and even helped book me decide my last night.
After checking in to my room, I was shocked, clean, and even smelled clean/fresh, updated furniture, clean bedding.
I went out for a cigarette a few moments later and spoke to a very polite woman, and my comment to her was. This Super8 is really nice, it compares to a Hilton or Hyatt, you sure take pride in the Motel.
I don't work for the hotel or the site which assisted me in reservations - just in case you think this......
Everyone I met during my visit to Ill, was very pleasant - I'm was a New Yorker.... and now live in Miami.... I love Ill,
Thanks for making an awful reason to travel (granddaughters surgery) into a very - very nice experience."

| Beware those coming from the west - the hotel is extremely hard to find if you miss your exit. And be prepared to spend a lot more on tolls.
The hotel is good if you just want somewhere to sleep. The bed was comfy and the room was pretty quiet.
However, if you want to do anything else... forget it. I have seen bathtubs bigger than the pool, and if that wasn't bad enough... it's only open 9am to 10pm. So much for the late/early travelers, like us.
Breakfast tasted OK, but the room was too small to accommodate all the guests. There weren't enough chairs to go around, so for part of our meal, we ate standing up. It's the standard donuts/bagels/waffles mix too, so if you're looking for something exciting, here's not the place.
Generally, if you want someplace to sleep and then leave, here is fine. But if you want to do anything else, look elsewhere. Oh, and WATCH YOUR EXITS!!! |

| Nice staff answered all my questions. Good, clean room and the AC worked GREAT. The pool and hot tub were not big but very nice. My only complaint is the doors close kind of hard and you can hear people coming and going from rooms around you. |

| The hotel was fine, maid service was great, continental breakfast was great. The rooms were clean. The pool was nice. I would stay there again. |

| The only complaint I have about this hotel is that I requested a non smoking room, but we smelled like an ashtray by the time we got to the room. The hall was VERY smokey. Non smoking rooms should not be on the same floor as smoking rooms. Other than that, the room was clean, the staff was friendly and the breakfast was decent. |

| Great price, nice stay. Comfortable beds, no noise...gentleman at the desk was very polite and helpful. our GPS failed us on locating the address, and the desk patiently talked us in. |

| The hotel was ok overall, just a few minor "issues"...the police like's to sit in the parking so be careful. The elevator smells really bad!, smells like urine. |
