Recent Swissotel Chicago Review: "Our whole experience at Swissotel was wonderful from the first welcoming smile at check-in to the complimentary fruit-infused ice water to the helpful Concierge. What I will remember most is the comfortable bed and the lovely view. The bed was deliciously inviting with it's higher thread-count, and wonderful comfort with the pillowtop mattress cover. Don't get me wrong; it was supportive, but oh so comfortable. Also, we had a view of the lake which included the Navy Pier and part of the Chicago River as well. Such a beautiful view to wake up to and also at night with the lights of all the activity on Navy Pier. We had a little hiccup with our room not being very cool so I asked for them to check it while we were out. The engineer was sent up immediately and the vent was fixed and the room was again very comfortably cool. The pool and health club was also very nice up on the 42nd floor with the rooftop views of all the amazing buildings. The location was also ideal. Only about 10 minutes walk from Millennium Park, shopping on The Mile, the CAF architecture boat tour. 10-15 minutes walk to the Art Institute, Randolph St. Theater District, the Loop and Navy Pier. And of course, public transportation is very convenient to take you anywhere else you would like to go. I would definitely stay here again if I visit Chicago again!"
