| You only have 1 chance to make a good impression!! I showed up to this hotel and the girl at the front desk was rude and lacked any enthusiasm what so ever. She took my drivers license to photocopy it for security purposes I'm guessing but took approx 3 mins to return it to me. She took her sweet time to walk 20 feet to the room behind the front desk and took her sweet time walking back to the front desk. The room was clean and big but is old and could use some remodeling. If you're thinking of staying here and you have a car BE READY TO PAY $35 PER NIGHT TO PARK YOUR CAR!!! If I had known that I would have added the $35 to the price I paid for this hotel and would have stayed at a much nicer place with free parking. |

| 대부분 만족할만하다 loop 지역에 있어 약간 downtown과 먼게 단점이긴 하지만, 가격대비 서비스같은것도 괜찮다. 한가지 단점이 있다면 옆에 city train이 24시간 다녀서 기차소리가 새벽에도 들리는데, 그래도 잘잤지만 소음이 싫은 사람에겐 좀 안좋다. |

| Hôtel très bien situé à deux pas d'un blues bar de renom le buddy guy's legend
Chambre correcte, seul inconvénient le bruit du métro aérien.

| Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral in Chicago und man kann im Loop alles sehr schnell erreichen. Die Zimmer sind ausreichend, auch wenn die Betten etwas klein sind und einige Kleinigkeiten zu bemängeln sind, wie z.B. kein Ersatzklopapier oder mangelnde Wiederauffüllung von Gebrauchsgegenstände. Insgesamt war der Eindruck allerdings sehr positiv und wir hatten eine tolle Zeit dort. |

| Pour commencer l'hôtel est franchement très très bien situé car tous les grands axes sont proches à pieds! Le seul bémol se situe au niveau de la ligne de métro très proche mais si on est vraiment fatigué, on ne s'en occupe pas et cela ne gène pas vraiment pour s'endormir (toutes façons il y a pas mal de circulation dans le coin également donc bon).
La propreté de la moquette laisse à désirer mais reste correcte et la salle de bain est vraiment niquel (j'aurais cependant aimé une vraie douche).
Le petit déjeuner est vraiment copieux pour un prix très raisonnable.
L'accueil est vraiment très sympathique et vous pouvez toutes les questions du monde, on vous répondre.
Pour un budget limité, cet hôtel est franchement excellent. |

| This hotel is excellent in terms of location, very close to many attractions of the city. However, the receptionist, lady with glasses was very unhelpful. I had a problem with the printer in the lobby area and she just said "It was working, I do not know what happened". Even the bellboy tried to help me but she just sat there. Well' if you care about good reception service, I do not recommend this hotel. |

| I recommend this hotel because of its great location and low price. However, do not expect to enjoy time in your room. My room was quite small with just a small window. It was a room to crash in, take a bath and hit the streets of downtown Chicago all day and night. |
