Recent Wyndham Chicago Review: "had minor problem with coffee maker called front desk resolved swiftly plugged in another outlet since my wife was hospitalized across the street it was very close Plenty of moderately inexpensive places to eat Corner Bakery, O' Tooles Sports, Fridays, Ginos (deep dish pizza Chicago favorite) Upscale Rosebud (over priced) linen table cloths etc, a  place to be seenrrrr Outstanding extra effort I had booked a room on an emergency basis for my stay. My out of town relatives were scheduled to arrive later in week. I had arranged to have them stay on my floor and communicated my request to the front desk When my relatives arrived the requested room was not made up ( llittle disappointing) so my relatives were stationed on the next upper floor. My guess is, based the situation, most hotels would offer an apology and offer a host of excuses. Peter Drucker said "Solve the problem, feed the opportunity" The staff sprung into action, moved me to a room on the same floor Additionally, the Consignee (sp) walked to the hospital next door waited by the info desk and escorted us back to the hotel and supervised the move.my room. That is an excellent example of thinking on your feet and solidifying a relationship. Would I stay there againr Of Course! Wouldnt Your"
